Athina Jump (Get in Shape)- Intermediate

Reformer Jump, also called Jumpboard Pilates, is a cardio-focused exercise that utilizes a padded board attached to a Pilates Reformer to boost the intensity of your workout. It’s an excellent way to get in shape, as the jumpboard adds a fun, challenging element to your routine while enhancing cardiovascular endurance and strength.

Between different jump sequences, you'll engage in various Reformer exercises to strengthen your core and upper body.

Prerequisite: Prior Pilates experience is required to join Reformer classes. If you're new to Pilates, you must first complete at least 2 private lessons to learn the fundamentals, or have attended at least 5 Reformer All Levels classes.
