
Certified Instructor
Abigael (Abi) is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with over 500 hours of training and a deep love for movement that is both mindful and energizing. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology and is currently completing her PhD at Wilfrid Laurier University, where her research focuses on early literacy development.
Abi’s background as a competitive dancer brings rhythm, creativity, and a sense of playfulness to her teaching. She’s known for blending precision and control with feel-good energy, thoughtful cueing, and playlists that inspire movement. Her classes strike the perfect balance between strength and flow—often turning into a mini dance party when the moment calls for it.
Clients can expect a supportive, upbeat, and empowering space where they can build strength, tune in, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Alison has a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years of experience leading group fitness classes and over 15 years as a STOTT certified Mat Pilates instructor. She is a dedicated advocate for mindful movement and staying strong to help with your day to day activities. Recently, she expanded her practice to include Reformer Pilates. Bringing a deep, foundational knowledge of body alignment and anatomy to the apparatus, she is passionate about helping clients of all levels build strength, stability, and longevity in their bodies.

Israa is a newly certified Pilates instructor with a background in psychology, neuroscience, and a Master of Science in Human Health and Nutritional Sciences. Her interest in well-being stems from her understanding that physical health has a significant impact on mental health, which led her to pursue Pilates as a way to help others build strength, confidence, and body awareness. She is excited to continue learning and developing her skills as an instructor while helping clients feel stronger, both mentally and physically.
Outside of the studio, Israa is passionate about sports and enjoys finding ways to blend art and athletics. Her love for sports and the communities they create also played a role in her decision to become an instructor. She hopes to bring that same sense of belonging, encouragement, and community into every class, creating a space where clients feel supported and empowered to achieve their goals.

Aidan is both a Personal Trainer and Body Harmonics certified Pilates instructor. He trained under Caitlin Boveé at Pilates in Guelph, and practices within the Eve Gentry lineage.
He believes strongly in meeting the clients he works with where they are at, building strength and confidence to achieve their body's full potential through movement.
His classes are informed by a foundation in medical science, a current passion for kinesiology, an evidence based personal training approach, and past experience coaching martial arts.

Ahu is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. Throughout her career, she has worked with thousands of clients, developing a teaching approach that combines the principles of Pilates with modern strength and athletic training concepts.
As the founder of Athina Pilates, Ahu created a boutique studio environment where clients receive the attention, coaching, and accountability often found in private training. She believes group classes should never feel impersonal, and her programming is designed to deliver individualized guidance within a supportive small-group setting.
Known for her strength-focused Reformer classes, Ahu emphasizes progressive overload, movement quality, and long-term physical development. Her goal is to help clients build real strength, confidence, and resilience while maintaining the precision and control that Pilates is known for.
Whether working with beginners or experienced movers, Ahu creates challenging, engaging workouts that meet clients where they are and help them discover what they are truly capable of.
