Get ready to SCULPT and TONE your body in this high-energy intermediate Reformer Pilates class. Designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and flexibility, you'll feel the burn with targeted movements that engage your core and sculpt your entire body. We incorporate props like the Pilates circle, stretching bands, mini balls, and weights to intensify the workout and take your fitness to the next level. This class is ideal for those who have completed at least 5 sessions of the Beginner class and are ready to push their limits.
